Irish apple cake

Ingrédients :
110 g self raising flour
55 g sugar
55 g butter
2 apples
5 cl milk
1 egg
brown sugar
15 g flakeds almonds

Pré-heat the oven to 170°
Grease deep tin
Cream the butter and sugar, beat in the egg and milk and sieve in the flour. Mix together and add in the peeled and sliced apples.
The mixture should be quite wet.
Place in the prepared tin and top with the flaked almonds and brown sugar. Bake in the oven for 30 mn

serve warm with some cream or ice cream.
